• Purchase of Phone Credit and Payment

Misuse of Electronic Banking, TIN and the risk Mobile Phone being used by other parties, because the legitimate user is negligence in storing. The risk of fraud that is deliberately carried out by irresponsible parties by stealing user customer data.

Requirements & Procedures

The customer fills out and signs the Account Opening Application Form for Internet Banking and Customer having saving account or current account and follows the terms & conditions applicable at Bank SBI Indonesia and submits Photocopies of KTP/Passport/SIM for Indonesian citizens and KITAS for foreigners, NPWP. You can submit questions and complaints through the nearest Branch Office and contact the Call Center number listed.

Charges

The customer is not charged with any administration fee when applying for SMS Banking. For transactions using SMS, a telephone/pulse fee will be charged by the telco provider, and the following is the SMS Banking transaction fee

• Overbooking = Rp. 0 
• heck Balances & Transactions = IDR 0
• Purchase = Based on Invoice
