Requirements & Procedures

The customer fills out and signs the Account Opening Application Form for SDB and Customer having saving account or current account and follows the terms & conditions applicable at Bank SBI Indonesia and submits Photocopies of KTP/Passport/SIM for Indonesian citizens and KITAS for foreigners, NPWP, and the legality of the company. You can submit questions and complaints through the nearest Branch Office and contact the Call Center number listed.

Charges

The customer will be charged a yearly rental fee according to the size of the box

Additional Information

SDB customers/users are only allowed to be in the SDB room for no more than 10 minutes, and only 1 (one) customer/user is allowed to be in the SDB room, there cannot be two different customers/users. If the key is lost by the customer/user of the SDB and cannot be found again, then the customer/user of the SDB will be charged with the costs incurred due to the loss of the key. The key guarantee deposit is used to pay for the cost of dismantling the SDB and replacing a new key. If the customer wants to continue using the SDB, the customermust pay an SDB Guarantee Deposit.
