Main Feature

Facilities that can be enjoyed by Bank Customers for banking transactions using Telephone (IVR) and Mobile Phone (IVR) networks. In its usage, Customers get automatic voice calls. The function of Phone Banking is to make it easier for customers to do transaction without going through ATMs or tellers, customers can also do the following things:

  • Check Balances & Transactions

Facilitate non-financial transactions and financial transactions without having to come to a bank branch, but by simply using a telephone and cellular phone .

Risk

Misuse of Electronic Banking, PIN and the risk of the card being used by other parties, due to negligence of the legitimate user in storing. The risk of fraud that is deliberately carried out by irresponsible parties by stealing user customer data.

Requirements & Procedures

The customer fills out and signs the Account Opening Application Form for Internet Banking and owns a saving account or current account and follows the terms & conditions applicable at Bank SBI Indonesia and submits Photocopies of KTP/Passport/SIM for Indonesian citizens and KITAS for foreigners, NPWP. You can submit questions and complaints through the nearest Branch Office and contact the Call Center number listed.

Charges

The customer is not charged with any administration fee when applying for Phone Banking. For transactions using Phone Banking no telephone/pulse charges.

Use of Phone Banking Services, telephone numbers and accounts must first be registered and must own Bank SBI Indonesia ATM services
