Our Bank offer following services of electronic banking to our customers. Our customers can use any of these products for their different banking activity.

1. ATM (Automated Teller Machine)

Our all Branches and Sub branches are equipped with ATM, our customers can use these ATMs for following Banking Transactions:

  • Balance Inquiry
  • Mini Statement
  • Cash Withdrawal
  • Online Fund Transfer
  • Bill Payment

 

2. ATM Debit Card

Our Bank is member of PRIMA network. Our ATM Debit card can be used at any ATMs of PRIMA network for Banking Transactions. These ATM Debit cards can also be used at shopping malls for payment through EDC machines. At present we offer two variants of ATM Debit Cards:

a. Gold Card

This varient of card has the daily withdrawal limit of Rp 10.000.000. Customers can use these cards for merchant payment of Prima network.

b. Standard Card

This varient of card has daily withdrawal limit of Rp 5.000.000. Customer can use these cards for merchant payment of Prima network.

 

3. Retail Internet Banking

We have introduced Retail Internet Banking (RINB) for our Personal Segment customers.  Any customer having Savings Account or Personal Current account can take RINB.

Security

  • Our website is secured by Symantec by providing SSL security. 
  • A transaction through RINB is secured by Transaction password and One Time Password (OTP) received in the registered phone number of Customer.

4. Corporate Internet Banking

We have introduced Corporate Internet Banking (CINB) product for our Corporate customers.  Corporate customer having Current account with us can use CINB.

  • Our website is secured by Symantec by providing SSL security. 
  • A transaction through CINB is secured by Transaction password and One Time Password received in the registered phone number of Customer.
  • Maker Checker facility for transaction
